  From my first call to the final product, Klaus was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accessible. We went in with some stones and some general ideas, and he turned that into a gorgeous piece of art (engagement ring). I am so happy we went to Klaus! I can't wait to go back for the bands! Besides the beautiful jewelry, Klaus is a very interesting guy, and he made all the displays and gadgets in his shop. Go down and take a look! Also, the whole process was a lot faster than I thought. I was expecting 4-6 weeks, it was done in less than a week once we settled on the final product. Thank you Klaus!!! See you soon.

  I would like to say that Klaus is nothing short of being a .....magician! I brought my ideas and my mom's jewelry (a bangle, earrings, a pendant, a solitaire diamond ring) to Klaus and he transformed them into 1 ring especially for me- the design process, his intuition and the end results were better than I ever imagined it could be! He knew what I wanted before I did! His workmanship proves what a talented artist he is and I couldn't be more thrilled with the end result...when I look at the ring I think of my mom and dad and how happy I am that I trusted A Jour Jewelry to have the vision and capability to create this special piece. THANK YOU Klaus! UPDATE: we have since had 3 more rings made by Klaus ! HIs and hers ' trinity' rings made from generations of family gold and diamonds. How cool is that! THANK you AGAIN Klaus.
