- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Very nice bank but one of the account specialists is always trying to make me get a credit card or consolidate parent loans. I have gone in multiple times for something quick and one man ALWAYS makes me sit there for an extra 20 minutes so he can tell me all about the benefits of getting a credit card. I understand that he is trying to get more customers but honestly it is so off putting. If I wanted all of the extras, I would have asked. I never write reviews but I have had recurring problems with the one banker. I did not have any other problems with the tellers or staff.By Kelly Rogers, June 24, 2017
